Eindhoven, Pays-Bas - Signify (Euronext : LIGHT), le leader mondial de l'éclairage, a finalisé l'acquisition de Fluence auprès d'ams OSRAM (SIX:AMS). Cette transaction renforce notre plateforme de croissance mondiale dans le domaine de l'éclairage agricole et étend notre position sur le marché attractif de l'éclairage horticole en Amérique du Nord.

Fluence will operate with a separate go-to-market as an integrated business unit within Signify’s agricultural lighting business in the Digital Solutions Division.
