Fluence is dedicated to helping the world grow smarter

That’s why we partner with the best and the brightest to advance our industry. These businesses, research institutions, and associations are collectively committed to finding ways to grow healthier foods more sustainably, research and grow alternative medicines that help those with cancer, PTSD and epilepsy, and develop innovative grow environments so cultivators can grow year-round. Fluence values the community in which we harvest because it takes a rooted community to help everyone flourish.

The WIL Forum is a network of invited women contributors from the horticulture and close ancillary industries, which are focused on leading the industry forward through innovation, community, and cross-pollination. WIL gives women in the industry the opportunity to engage and discuss the latest innovations in the industry and make lasting connections.
