Designed to Help the World Grow Smarter Together

When the world’s leading horticulture scientists and cultivators come together, breakthrough research and innovative application become one.

Our commitment to designing and building unparalleled horticulture LED lighting solutions is unwavering. Still, our dedication to advancing the world’s understanding of the interaction between light and life is equally significant and is the catalyst for the annual Photobiology Exchange Summit (PHOTOx). Stay tuned for upcoming PHOTOx news by visiting, https://photox.fluence-led.com/.

A Brief History Of PHOTOx

Our signature event, the PHOTOx Summit was launched in 2015 by our founders and quickly rose in prominence to become a must-attend event for the industry’s thought leaders from around the world. Notable attendees include leading researchers in photobiology, sensory science, medicinal cannabis applications, facility design and engineering, and more. Dr. Ep Heuvelink, an associate professor of horticulture and product physiology at Wageningen University & Research, Suzanne Wainwright-Evans,  a horticultural entomologist at Buglady Consulting, and Björn Isacsson, the CEO of Hällnäs Handelsträdgård are a few notable speakers from years past.

Collaboration Meets Innovation

Through our research and partnerships at Fluence, we strive to explore new and improved ways to grow indoors under our LED lighting solutions by enhancing our technology, grow strategies, installations, and layouts. Collaboration is the key to these innovations and the backbone of PHOTOx. We want to help the world grow smarter by providing our partners and customers with cutting-edge knowledge and first-hand access to industry-leading innovators.
